INBOUND 2019 is coming up. If you’re a seasoned veteran, you’ll know what to expect: the amazing speakers with so much knowledge to offer, the delicious food trucks…

But for conference newcomers, it can be more than a little daunting. Consider that more than 24,000 people will be descending on the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. If you don’t have the right strategy in place beforehand, you might miss some important details.

Here are our tips for the HubSpot INBOUND Conference in Boston, after several years of attending:

1. Download the App

Want to reserve your spot for sessions and events? Do all this and more through the app! This year, you also have maps available so you can get to sessions on time. Keep in mind that the convention venue is huge!

2. Plan your agenda
With so many amazing sessions to choose from, you need to fusion database look at what’s on offer each day and plan accordingly.
Firstly, we should note that sessions fill up quickly, so start booking as soon as possible! Secondly, it is worth looking around carefully because some of the talks are held at nearby venues rather than at the convention centre itself and you will need to allow yourself a few minutes to walk there.
Finally, make sure you don’t attend sessions too close together. It is advisable to stay until the end of each session to ask or listen to questions and answers.

Bring warm clothes
Speaking of the convention center, it’s freezing cold! Don’t forget to one of the first to adopt the basic ideas of the design bring something warm. And it will make networking easier if your clothes have your company logo on them.

4. Don’t forget your laptop, phone and chargers

With so much information to absorb, your laptop or tablet fans data will be your best ally for taking notes, posting about the day’s learnings on social media, and checking out the incredible conference agenda.
