It’s not easy to earn a living as an employee. But if you listen to the gurus, that phrase is a false belief and sets you up for failure. Well, we’ll see. Luckily, I still have time to prove that you can still succeed.

When you do business you must have a certain philosophy to do things that serve as a reminder. There are always temptations that will knock on your door. These are the mental notes that serve as a guide for me to make the best decisions.

Adding value

The only reason we didn’t achieve this was a stock shortage. This doesn’t mean we have to go slow, but always at a pace we can handle in the long term. Especially when you’re young, you see successful people and you desperately look for express routes to get to where they are. They don’t exist, stop looking.

Getting to all this alone will be fine, but I prefer to do it with more people. Sharing the sensations of achieving goals is better. At least for me. Let’s see what 2024 brings. It will be fun, no doubt.
