I don’t like changes. For better or worse. When I’ve started something, it’s hard for me to give up because I consider it a small failure. It’s also hard for me to start new things for the previous reason. When I start something, I don’t usually give it up, so I have to think about it very carefully.
I’ve stopped doing it For several reasons:
I’m still convinced that it brings me positive things, but I’m not 100% sure about the long-term health benefits. I’d like to have more scientific evidence for this.
It’s good for me to have a break throughout the day. I didn’t have one before. I worked non-stop and I didn’t care either. Now that I have one, I need it.
It’s not compatible with my russia whatsapp number data challenge of running marathons. When you train, recovery is essential, and eating on time is key.
Starting to take supplements
The most important reason I’ve probably left out travel brand airbnb created a clever because I find it hard to admit. Carrying out intermittent fasting in this way, eating once a day, is hard. For something to stick forever, it has to be easy, or let’s say less difficult in this case. There have been days when I have thought about eating more than I like to admit. I have gained in quality of life. Things as they are.
I have an acquaintance who tells me about taking supplements years ago. I have always said the same thing. I think it makes sense but before doing it I would like to understand it a little better. That is what I have done. The motivation for me has been to run marathons again and find small measures that could help me perform better.
Marathon training
Today I take protein, creatine and amino line data acids. I have probably been doing it for six months now and I do not plan to stop. Since then I have gained muscle (without it being something exaggerated or something that other people notice besides me) and also some strength. In addition, the recovery has been very good. I have muscle aches for less time than before or at least that is what I perceive.
I have included it as a routine because my days have changed. Now instead of two days I go out for a run six. From Tuesday to Friday I go out in the mornings. I have my little Decathlon torch with me, which allows me to run in the forest in total darkness. It’s a bit intimidating at times, but it’s also very spiritual. I’ve learned to enjoy it because you can’t imagine how many thoughts go through your head.
I’ve set a very big goal for the next marathon, which I don’t know if I’ll be able to achieve. The truth is that until my next race in April next year I’ll do my best to get as close to it as possible. It’ll be fun.
